How much time it takes to complete extraction procedure?
Approx. 40 to 45 minutes. A centrifuge machine of higher capacity can yield more extraction at a time.

What major precautions to be taken?
Wear protective clothing such as laboratory coats, disposable gloves, N95 masks and eye protection when specimens are assayed. Avoid re-using gloves or use of washed gloves. Follow the assay procedure, and storage instructions provided in the kit strictly. Deviation will lead to erroneous results.
