Anatomical Implants
KET SS Cannulated Femur Nailing System has an advanced anatomical design designed to suit small statured population.
CFN2 allows easy insertion and extraction of this nail.
Flattened lateral side reduces impingement of the lateral cortex and decreases medialization.
It has multiple locking options:
Multiple locking options (Proximal):
- Standard locking – Femoral shaft fractures (except subtrochanteric fractures)
- Recon locking – Subtrochanteric fractures – Combined femoral shaft and neck fractures (ipsilateral)
Multiple Locking options (Distal):
- High stability through multiplanar screws
- Antirotational stability
- Distal dynamization option
Indication

For Standard Locking Indications:
- CFN2 with standard locking is indicated for fractures in the femoral shaft (except subtrochanteric fractures).
Recon Locking Indications:
- CFN2 with recon locking is indicated for fractures in the femoral shaft in case of combination with femoral neck fractures.
- Additionally CFN2 is indicated for fractures in the subtrochanteric section combined with shaft femoral fracture.
