When compared to general bone replacement procedures, the FREEDOM Total Knee System requires minimal bone cutting and enables a more conservative bone resection, and allows patients to achieve optimal high flexion motion after the procedure.

Freedom Knee
It comes with a 5 point cobalt chrome tibial locking system with 3 degrees and a 30mm keel, and an optimised surface roughness of 11μm for tibial trays. This total knee system mimics anatomical femoral rollback during high flexion, and the thin anterior flange and deep trochlear groove allow for excellent patella-femoral tracking.
The small box cut and thin posterior condyles ensure bone conservation. Its asymmetrical mechanism in the femur allows for up to 15 degrees of rotation at deep flexion
