Opulent is a total knee replacement system with individually packaged femoral, tibial, and patellar components
The femoral component is a metal (Cobalt chromium) implant with TiNbN coating.
The tibial component is available with an all polyethylene component or comprised of a metal (Cobalt chromium) tibial tray (Tibial Base Plate) with TiNbN coating and a polyethylene insert (Tibial Articular Surface) and locking components. The patella component is of an all polyethylene design.
For those with a cobalt allergy, the Bionik Gold Version of the Opulent implant is designed for better hardness, allergy prevention, and reduced friction.
