Menox™ is a liquid embolic system proposed to be intended for pre-surgical Embolization of brain Arterio-Venous Malformations (bAVM).

The liquid Menox™ comprises of:

• A mixture of Ethylene Vinyl alcohol co-polymer (EVOH) dissolved in Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO)

• Micronized tantalum powder suspended in the liquid polymer/DMSO mixture

Indication

Surgery

The Menox LES is an artificial embolization device intended for the pre-surgical embolization of brain arteriovenous malformations (bAVM)

  1. Menox LES (18 cSt) and Menox LES (20 cSt):
    Recommended for feeding-pedicle injections conducted close to the nidus of brain arteriovenous malformations (bAVM).
  2. Menox LES (34 cSt):
    Recommended for embolizing higher flow and larger fistulous components.
