Meril Auric Bionik Gold Surface implant

A fully biocompatible Titanium Niobium Nitride (TiNbN) ceramic coating is applied to titanium implant components to enhance wear performance and minimize ion release. This significantly reduces the risk of allergic reactions and inflammation. The TiNbN coating modifies only the surface properties, keeping the implant’s material and biomechanical functionality unchanged. Applied using arc PVD technology, the coating combines titanium, niobium, and nitrogen to form a thin micron ceramic layer.
