KET SS Shaft Tibia (SSTN) has the following features:
- One dynamic and two static transverse locking holes proximally.
- Two transverse locking holes and additional AP locking hole distally.
- Flat proximal bend for easier insertion, better fit.
- Beveled proximal end to prevent soft tissue irritation.
- Tip Locking option to cater to distal third fracture as well.
Indication

Femur fractures with bony support (stable fracture in the middle third of the femur, with or without locking):
- Transverse fractures
- Short oblique fractures
- Pseudarthroses
Femur fractures without bony support (unstable fracture in 60% of the femoral length):
- Fractures near the metaphysics
- Long torsional fractures
- Segmental fractures
- Comminuted fractures
- Fractures with bone defects
